Volunteers needed for the following positions:
Please contact us as soon as possible if you feel led to volunteer for any of these committees
Fund raising committee
Point person to head up recommendations and the sharing of ideas for
fund raising at the league and team level.
Publicity committee
Point person to head up efforts to get word out to media outlets and
churches in the entire league area.
Facilities committee
Point person to head up recommendations and the sharing of ideas for
finding game fields and minimum qualifications. Also the finding of
practice fields and weight room facilities.
Booster program committee
Point person to head up recommendations and the sharing of ideas for
building booster programs for each program. This would include clothing
fundraisers, game day chores for ticket taking, concessions and such.
This would also include planning of end of season banquets.
Game day committee
This could be enveloped in booster, but should also include game
atmosphere promotions such as sound bites/music fillers for excitement.
Athletic Trainer committee
Point person to head up recommendations and the sharing of ideas for the
athletic training needs for each program, including the finding of
interns, or training of nurses or others with medical backgrounds.
Partnering with Universities and local doctors could also be possible.
Football operations committee
This is to make certain practices/games have people in place to take care
of every need for running a smooth practice, including volunteers to take
care of different needs to free up coaches to coach. It may also include
practice plans or scheduling regulations.
Coaching education committee
This area would include scheduling of conferences, including our own to
promote Christian ethics, mentoring ideas, as well as educating coaches
in football knowledge and program organization.
Equipment committee
Comparing Pricing and quality of new equipment, along with finding used or donated equipment for the League.
